Lately a lot of people seem to be advising against them but no one seems to be saying why.
Also if someone is on ivermectin is there the possibility of a bad interaction?
No judgemental PLEASE. just the facts.

Because it doesn't seem to be working.
At a certain point, it had a good success rate, but not anymore.
I know someone who just had a terrible bout of Covid, (in the last month - still not recovered actually), nothing was working, and did the antibodies because why not. The doctor told him it wouldn't work but gave it to him anyways.
It didn't help at all.

Is there a reason you want this instead of the pills which seem to be equally effective. My friend got COVID and took the pills and had a very mild case. She had to quarantine but was in a luxury hotel so it was more relaxing than if she had caught it at home - since she was in Manhattan she had plenty of food options which were delivered by Ubereats.
The pills are easy to get now. There are even pharmacies that diagnose and prescribe at the same time. There is a service that will even prescribe on line and then send the prescription to your pharmacy. I have the link if you want it.
