take ground beef, form into patties, bake until done.
if you want more flavor, add an egg, some matza meal, and spices.
very simple. also, for less clean up, combine all the ingredients in a large ziploc bag, seal the bag, and knead.

I dont really have an exact recipe, making burgers is rly simple
for 1 lb of ground beef you put in about 2 eggs, 1/2 c of matzo meal (I think its 1/2 c I never measured), I chop up (more like mince - rly small) one medium onion and sautee it lightly and add that to the mix, but its not necessary. To season I add: beef soup seasoning, paprika, onion salt, minced garlic, salt, and alot of pepper. Also something called montreal steak seasoning. Form balls and then put in the oven at about 325 for maybe an hour?

also you say with an oven b/c you have no grill I just want to mention I think the ABSOLUTE BEST way to make burgers is on a stovetop. You dont need to deep fry them or make them all oily or anything, Just take a big frying pan, spray w/ pam, and when it heats up, drop in the patties, let them simmer for a minute or 2 and flip. I find they end up being much less dry if theyre done that way.

I find they hold together better if they're just meat.
