My sister created a blog after my father (a Holocaust survivor) died.
I’m getting it made into a photo book b/c I want to be able to have a hard copy of it.
She wants me to put her name on it.
Where should I put it?
On front? Back?
What sounds best? Authored by _____Or created by_____ Or just by_____
Want to give her credit she rightfully deserves.

It should be on the front.
I'm assuming that the blog is about the father, right?
"As told to ________" is appropriate. A nicer one is "The collected memories of ____, may his memory be for a blessing, as told to ______"
If the book is more about the whole extended family, and it's being made in his honor, you could say "Stories and photos compiled by __________, in honor of ___________."

Put her name on the front. You can also put a photo of your father with only that sister on the title page and write “your father’s name with the author”.
