It is my birthday tomorrow and my husband and I would like to go somewhere nice for the day. Anyone been to ganei Yehoshua? What is there to do there and can we take train from Yerushalayim? Anywhere else to go in Israel??? Thanks!

I was there a number of yrs ago and it was very nice. Adult size park equipment,picinic area, rowboating, paddle boating. I dont remember what else but it's nice! I dpont know the logistics of getting there.

Our ganim go there every year and I have accompanied several times. It is very pleasant, but do check the weather. I would not want to be there ondays like yesterday or today.
