How much of a package of noodles do you put in chicken soup. Somehow whenever I put in it always either overwhelms the soup or is too little. Can someome give me a recipe for chicken noodle soup.

I always cook the noodles separately and put them in a bowl on the table. That way everyone can add as much as they want.

I put in 2 spoons of noodles into each bowl (if it's wanted).
I divide my bag of cooked noodles into little ziploc bags, and freeze. One package of noodles lasts me a few weeks of soup serving.

ah - I hear. So that is where I am going wrong. I just dump it into the soup! So you cook the noodles in water separately?

Yes, like pasta. Then rinse and drain in a colander.
