I’m always so overwhelmed with rosh hashana, then erev and motzai Yom Kippur and all succos meals.
Can someone help me figure out what I can make in advance, aside from challahs and soups?

Roasts and meatballs freeze great.
When I have the freezer space I like to make this rice and double it so it makes 4 9x9 pans and freeze them.

so all I make on yomtov is a veggie side or two.
I dont like frozen cooked chicken so I would season and marinate raw chicken and freeze it that way. All you have to do is stick in the oven.

This looks delicious! Do you freeze with the crumbs?

Desserts too.
And you can prep chicken legs to bake when you need.
