some diced up chicken which I would sautee with onions, fresh garlic, coriander & annatto spices before adding the sauce ...
tomatoe sauce, garlic powder, cilantro, coriander & annatto spices ... oh and some spanish olives w/pimientos ... and capers if you like
roast a green pepper under a flame ... peel, chop and add to mixture ...
serve over a plate of rice ... mmmmmmmmuy caliente
