Jalapeno dip recipe- preferably no food processor?

Anyone have a good jalapeno dip recipe? Possibly without a food processor?? Thank you

Remove the seeds and white parts from the jalapeño.

Dice finely.

Add mayo, salt and pepper to your liking.

Or make garlic confit with slices of jalapeno.

That's a good idea but I don't have one... I do have a hand mixer, I wonder if a recipe exists that can use that

I made stick blender mayo yesterday threw in some diced jalapeño and onion. Added sugar (we like it sweet) and a little salt and voila....

Thank you! I will just cut them really finely and probably roast in the oven for a little to soften so I can use hand mixer on them more easily. Thank you everyone for your replies, I appreciate it! Good yuntif and besuros tovos for all of klal yisrael
