Remove the seeds and white parts from the jalapeño.
Dice finely.
Add mayo, salt and pepper to your liking.

That's a good idea but I don't have one... I do have a hand mixer, I wonder if a recipe exists that can use that

I made stick blender mayo yesterday threw in some diced jalapeño and onion. Added sugar (we like it sweet) and a little salt and voila....

Thank you! I will just cut them really finely and probably roast in the oven for a little to soften so I can use hand mixer on them more easily. Thank you everyone for your replies, I appreciate it! Good yuntif and besuros tovos for all of klal yisrael
