anyone havevthis cookbook? I'm trying to find out whether these are standard known recipes that the author shows how to make without gadgets? Or, are they new, original recipes?

Hi there, the recipes in the cookbook "recipes unplugged" are a collection of recipes using no appliances aside from oven and stovetop. Some are actually original recipes.

Practically all recipes I use don’t require gadgets. What makes this cookbook unique?

No mixer, no food processor, even hand blender is optional. It’s a great book. Recipes are not unique but they are very good.
