Easy, yummy, not complicated that I can make now and stick in freezer for sukkos?

Melt a bag of chocolate chips. Blend in food processor with a block of silken tofu. Pour into store-bought graham cracker pie crust - or chocolate cookie crumb crust. Freeze. When you thaw it to serve you can decorate with sliced fruit and/or parve whipped cream.

pour a container of whip into chocolate graham cracker crust. crush up in a bag chocolate sandwich cookies. freeze.
cannolies - you buy a pack of them. whip up the whip and add a pkg of vanilla pudding. stuff the cannolies and dip both ends into sprinkles. freeze
