Yes! Pound the chicken breasts and fry for a bit so they are cooked. Spread ketchup and mustard on the dough and then put the chicken on top. Roll it all up and bake. It's basicly Deli Roll with chicken breasts, and it's delecious. I made it up once when I had both those ingreidents needing to be used up and my DH is still talking about how great it was.

Whatever size is most conveinent for you I guess. I don't remember how long I baked it. Probably between 45 mins to an hour. I'm not very scientific about thses things, sorry, I just kinda go with whatever works.

I like to pound and cut the chicken, put one piece in center of a rolled out piece of dough, place some kishke on top (and supposed to put cooked spinach but dh doesn't eat it), wrap it in pastry dough, place seam side down on greased cookie sheet, pour duck sauce over and bake on 350 for about 45 min.
Another one I do is place chicken in puff pastry dough and bake on 350 for about 45 min. I make the oriental mushrooms recipe from the Spice and Spirit and pour it over before serving.
First recipe is from cookielady. Both are absolutely delicious!!

The last time I ate ketshup and mustard together, I vomited. Is it only me? Any other ideas for puff pastry and chicken breast?

I marinate the chicken breasts in some soy sauce for about an hour. I lay the marinated chicken on top of rolled puff pastry and then put some sueteed onions on top of the chicken. I roll it all up and bake on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes in a disposable pan (some oil from the onions will drip out).
Slice and serve like a deli roll - it's really delicious!

I marinate the chicken in spices and oil, anything really.
spread mustard on puff pastry square, one layer of pastrami, then a piece of chicken, and close the pastry like a danish.

I wish I could ... I might have to make some and write down the instructions ... ... come to think of it I might even broil the chicken somewhat before I put the puzzle together - not something I make every day ... but def at 350 - my favorite temp. ...

Amother - try duck sauce. I also don't like ketchup + mustard.
