What can I do with a bag of cole slaw mix? I don't usually eat mayo. What else can I mix it with? Should I just mix it with a salad dressing? We are also having fried chicken for dinner and a bag of fries in the oven.

Add some olive oil, lemon or lime juice, salt, and chopped parsley, cilantro, or dill (or any other kind of fresh herbs you have). Delicious and refreshing.

Make a classic slaw, perfect with fried chicken.

If you don't want a mayo base, mix equal parts white wine vinegar and sugar (6 tbls each) with a few splashes of olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper. The longer it sits in the dressing, the better.
