I always thought how scary it is that hospitals are unprotected from terror. But that a Dr himself should be the criminal? And shoot randomly in a hospital?
I wonder, can hospitals institute safety regulations?
Do you think some thing will change?

The fact that his background check did not pick up his record when he was hired is unacceptable!
