I have chopped meat in the freezer, and I want to defrost it and make meatballs in sweet and sour sauce. Can I then freeze the meatballs? Or is this a problem since the meat was already frozen? THANKS

Yes, you can refreeze it once you've cooked it. I'm planning on doing the same thing tomorrow morning!

I do it all the time. You can refreeze it if it's already cooked. You just can't refreeze raw meat.

Oh ok, thanks so much! Another question: what's the best way to defrost and heat up the meatballs?

health guidelines are always changing ...
enjoy your meat ...
put it in the fridge overnight to defrost or take it out in the morning before you need it ...
