I went somewhere and they served this delicious salad cabbage and had silvered almonds anyone know receipe?

Cabbage Salad
1 bag shredded cabbage
2 scallions
1/3 cup silvered almonds, toasted
sesame seeds
dressing over salad:
3/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Thanks so much,! Then u pour the hot dressing over salad? Or wait till it cools?

Yes pour it over the cabbage, it kind of marinates it. Then toss it with the scallions, almonds and sesame seeds before serving.
