I love simple - salt pepper and some lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
OR equal parts ketchup mayo a little water and spread over the top. So quick easy and tasty.

I'm enjoying white miso with maple syrup for something different.
Fresh basil blended with mayo, lemon and a dash of sugar.
Teriyaki is always good ( I like the kosher palette recipe).

This
Then to serve take different color peppers and slice thinly.
Take red onion and slice thinly.
Take a can of whole manderine orange.
Drain, BUT make sure to reserve the liquid.
Leave manderine slices on the side
To the manderine liquid add 2-3 Tbsp of rice vinegar, or balsamic, to taste.
Marinate the pepper and onions over night in this liquid.
When you are ready to serve, put the sliced veggies on the bottom of the plate. Lay the fish on top. Drizzle lightly with marinate liquid and sprinkle the oranges on top

Thanks. Tried this once but it's very strong. Do you just put it on thinly? And what do you bake it on and for how long?

I make a honey mustard dressing kind of thick spread it on the fish Then I sprinkle French fried onions from the package on top. Yum. My nine year old loves it and requests that I make this fish all the time

Lemon garlic salmon - cookkosher
2-4 garlic crushed, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
Soak salmon in lemon juice 15 minutes. Pat dry. Mix and spread over salmon. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes.
Asian BBQ salmon - KBD

Mix and spread over salmon. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
