I would usually dust with seasoned flour on both sides and panfry with a bit of oil. Make sure oil is hot first before adding the fish and turn gently with a spatula so the fish doesn't break up into pieces. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
Or you can place the fish on parchment paper, put julienned vegetables, season with 1tbsp each soy sauce and OJ (this is for abouy 4-5 pieces) then drizzle of toasted sesame seeds and possibly a bit of sliced or grated ginger). wrap it up and microwave for 5-7min (check for doneness in the middle ).
