I lost the recipe for the cappuccino muffins from the Bais Yaakov cook book. If any is able to post it here, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Heavenly Cappuccino Muffins (the new BY cookbook)
1 (10 oz) bag chocolate chips
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp coffee, dissolved in two teaspoons hot water
1 1/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup veg or canola oil
3 large eggs
2/3 cups cold water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. makes 12 large muffins (I got 12 cupcake disposable sizes plus 24 mini bite size ones)
Chop chocolate chips in bowl of fodd processor until small bits form (about 2-3 minutes probably, gets some shredded look and some smaller pieces of choc).
Add remaining ingredients and mix in food processor until just combined.
I used S blade.
Pour batter into prepared pan, 3/4 way full. bake 20 minutes (I did like 25 for big and 15+ for small)
says best served warm.
