1 can salmon
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
2 tsp flour
1 tsp garlic powder
olive oil to fry
Remove cartilage from salmon. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If it is too thin add a little more flour so that the batter is pretty thick and the patties will hold together when fried.
serve alone or as burgers
