Oriental Coleslaw

Just mix the soy sauce with a vinegar, oil, sweetener (sugar, honey, whatever), and pour over a bag of coleslaw mix, the ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, almonds (I like toasted slivered ones). Some people add in scallions. You can use the seasoning mix as well in the dressing.
