ISO the secret to deli cucumber salad

The Secret Restaurant Recipes giveaway thread got me thinking. I'd really love a certain recipe - Monsey's Rockland Kosher's no onion cucumber salad. Anyone make anything similar? Thanks!

& can you describe this special salad ... I did find something - but I've never tried the recipe nor the monsey kind ...

3 large cucumbers peeled
3 Tbs fresh chopped chives
1 cup sour cream [tofutti ?]
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
