Anyone know a recipe for cream of chicken soup?
I want to make something more interesting than plain old chicken soup for shavuos.

My recipe is to make plain old chicken soup, then take the soup, make an "einbren" (mix flour with oil over a low flame till starts to brown) and add it to the soup. Cut up chicken into small pieces and add back into the soup. throw in some frozen peas when you warm it up to serve.

how does that cream it up just using flour and oil? I saw somewhere to use whip cream.
