Generally when making dips are they still fresh tasting three days later? Say I wanted to do it for Mishloach Monot today will it be ok on sunday?

What type of dip? Most dips and dressings stay very fresh in the refrigerator for a while. They should be fine.

Mayo based? It should be fine to prepare now. They will stay fresh for a week or more.
