I promised to bring a certain salad to a Simcha that I'm driving in from OOT to. I will be staying somewhere else the night before I bring it and might not have access to refrigeration. I want to make the dressing ahead of time and keep it in a cooler, but I'm not sure that it won't go bad. The dressing ingreadients are oilve oil and vingar (both of which I don't keep in the fridge), mustard (which I do keep in the fridge) and spices. My plan was to make the dressing ahead of time so I don't have to bother the Baali Simcha for containers, bowls exc, and then add all the salad ingredients (all of which are sold pre-cut, and I will buy in a local store.
Will this work?
TIA

It should be ok, as long as it's not a mayo-based dressing.
Is it cold out where you will be? It might be cold enough that leaving the dressing in the car might be as good as refrigerating it.
