I always bake my salmon would love to try something different. Anyone have any pan fried salmon recipes?

I soak a piece of tilapia in white wine for 1/2 hour and then coat it in flour and fry it. It comes out soft and really good

I use the same recipe as I would for baked, then pan fry in a tiny amount of oil until cooked through.
