I like my Lodge Cast Iron.

You need to kasher it and then reseal it. It is heavy and needs a bit babying.

I believe I kashered it in the oven. My husband had called OU for instructions (our chasidish rav told us to).

You need to kasher cast iron if it comes pre-seasoned. Worth it to make sure it’s not pre-seasoned or buy a different material IMO.

I love my all clad non stick grill pan.
I have analon as well which is also a great nonstick grill pan.
