Leafy greens with pine nuts
from Family circle
Salad:
greens - frisee, watercress, endice, radichio (I used spinach and romaine)
pine nuts, toasted if possible
Dressing:
vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Dijon mustard
olive oil
chives and tarragon if possible
Mix and serve cold.
