A New Green Bean Salad
pkge frozen green beans or raw
3 cloves garlic
3 peppers, sliced; assorted colors if possible
1 carrots, shreddded or cut up small
1 handful dried cranberries
handful toasted almonds
quarter cup sesame seeds
Dressing:
4 T oil
3 T vinegar
3 T soy sauce
4 T sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Steam the beans or bake until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and dressing. Serve warm or cold.
