Parrot Jungle.
If you like aquariums, there's a sea world.
There are boat tours.
take a four hour trip to Orlando you'll be really busy there!

Rent A boat. There are so many places you can its beatuiful and so relaxing take along your lunch.

Go to allegator alley in Weston and get a boat ride through the allegator marshes - quite exciting!!!

Someone mentioned Sea World. That's actually in Orlando.
Miami has the Miami Seaquarium, in Key Biscayne (south of Miami beach.). The Whale and Dolphin shows are great, it's a beautiful place.

the Miami Metro Zoo is also beautiful and great for kids, but a lot of walking involved-the exhibits are very spread out.

Fairchild Gardens is a gorgeous botanical garden. I think there's a glass sculpture exhibit on display there now.

There are a few national parks with great biking or hiking trails, canoe and kayak rentals. You can rent sailboats or speedboats at many beach locations.

in hollywood- you can rent bike where there are 2 pedaling seats and a basket weher 3 kids sat, and a spot between us where my oldest sat. my hubby pedald because I was preg and refused to. I kept telling him to turn around or to go slower so he doesn't go so far, but nooo he had to go the whole 3 mile route. fine. he was pedalling I enjoyed the view.
on the way we met this lady who oohed and ahhed over us, it did look cute!

and then hubby ran out of steam. his legs were burning from pedalling so much, so he....pushed us. it was alot easier on him than pedalling!
and we met the same lady on the way back, who laughed her head off when she saw him pushing us!
it was a great trip.
