Took out salmon to deefrrost yesterday and didnt make. I forgot to put it baccck in the fridge for overnight. Should I still use it?

If the food itself was above 40 degrees F for more than two hours, throw it out. Think about how long it usually takes to defrost, and add two hours.
In the future, defrost foods in the refrigerator. Much safer.
