I am sure this was mentioned and discused earlier but I can't find a clear answer anywhere
so please forgive me for asking again
but when you ention freezing challah dough do you freeze before r after the initial rising-do you make the dough and immediately shape them and then freeze threm
or do you mke the dough, let it rise once, then shape and freeze?
also, how many h ours do the loaves need to thaw and rise?
