Love Next Direct! I find their sizing to be true to size. I know that everything I buy will fit perfectly.

can you return merchandise to Next Direct?
I hesitate to buy clothing from another country. Is it worth the hassle if you need to return something? Do you need to pay return shipping?

Btw the returns go to a Florida address so the shipping doesn't cost much at all, I have ordered many times from Next and returned a couple of times I had once the package got lost and they gave me credit anyway I love buying from them!

I would say next for quality, sizing and pricing. The returns are good and although their website is not the easiest to navigate, you just have to learn it (pretty easy) and know what you are looking for.
I got fab coat and hat,glove, scarf set for ds from there, love it!
Zara has cute stuff but for those prices, the quality is not so great.
