I've been watching my weight for over a year now and while I do have my recipes, I'm always on the lookout for more. I would love to get a kosher dietetic cookbook so I have it on hand for inspiration, etc...I was thinking of buying either KBD Lightens Up or Enlightened Kosher Cooking...which one is better? Has healthy not too complicated recipes? Any other worthwhile diet recipe books? Any advice appreciated, thanks!

I have Enlitened Kosher Cooking, and I highly recommend it. Some of the recipes are patchky, but I find most of it doable. I haven't done all of the recipes, but those I have used I am happy with.
You may also want to take a look at Healthy Helpings, and Norene's Healthy Kitchen.

I looked to see if this is out yet in English, and it isn't, but if you (or anyone else) reads Hebrew, I really recommend it. I've made several really successful recipes from it, including the best chummous recipe I've tried.
