Yes, best recipe!
Dressing:
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c oil
1/2 tsp mustard
dash salt
dash soy sauce
2 garlic cubes
Are you grilling the mushrooms?

Maybe I'll use this for shabbos instead of rosh hashana. How would I prepare the mushrooms. Can I just broil with some oil?

I spray the mushrooms with Pam ,sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for like 25 minutes. The salad tastes awesome with some grape tomatoes and avocado sliced in also!

slice thick slices and saute in olive oil garlic, soy sauce/tamari, black pepper, and parsley.
