I just realized I don't have enough gefilte fish for Shabbos. I defrosted some tuna steaks I had in the freezer. Any ieas for how to prepare them so they can be served cold?

You can prepare them as usual. Then bring to room temperature before serving. (Leave on the counter Shabbos morning so it won't be cold by shabbos lunch.)
