Well... it it just was a broom, I'd understand..... however this item has quite a price tag that comes along with it THAT being the case, I'd also accept it for a birthday gift with no questions asked!!!
(want my address???????)

Sounds Great! Sure it's an expensive mop/broom, but who cares just as long as your not the one mopping.

I think it's ridiculous and probably doesn't even work. and why would you want this as a present - cleaning supplies are part of household necessities not a present for a woman, a wife, someone you respect. Ask for something personal - for you alone

awesome. how can anybody say no to someone else sweeping and mopping? its not just a broom, its a broom that sweeps on its own. if you can afford it, go for it.

We actually bought it when it first came into the market. It wasn't that good so we returned it. It had a hard time picking up a cheerio of the floor. That meant it didn't pass inspection, lol.

Well, just reporting back, and I love love them!!! they really do work. And, yes, Greenfire, these are just for me.
I'm not into diamonds, after reading about the African diamond trade, fur is out of the question; I prefer to shop for my own bath/hair care stuff. I don't care for lingerie, until I lose weight, and I have teen kids in the house who are up at all hours anyway.
oh, the machine is mopping my floor as I type this. I'm lounging in bed right now on my laptop.

I have a friend with such a thing and she really likes it.
That said, of course no one wants to open sponges and detergent for their birthday; however when I get a gift certificate, I run to chose whatever I think will help me/us - and I think tht's a great present; as you all know I just spent some Chanukah gelt on a few new pots and organizers.
I think it's money well spent!
