Anyone have a good roasted red pepper dip (preferably spicy)?

I guess you could add some hot pepper flakes or some hot sauce but this is what I do:

Roast 2 peppers till chard and then peel
put in food processor with 1 small jar of sun dried tomatoes (with oil) and a few garlic cloves
add salt, pepper, and about 1/2 tsp honey

blend well and enjoy!

I use less oil then recommended and its still great (I like it less greasy anyways).
You can add red pepper flakes to how you like it.
