Where, in Brooklyn - preferably Midwood/Flatbush, if not, then Boro Park - can you buy the heavyweight, clear plastic, zippered challah cover protectors?

Eichlers.com has zippered protectors on their website. They are intended for tallis/tefillin bags, but they are flat and theoretically could be used for the table too.
