you cannot bring in your carry on any liquid, cream, paste, spray or gel. That means no perfume, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, jam, jello, peanut butter, apllesauce, hairspray, shoe polish, coca-cola, etc. etc. It all has to go in your checked baggage. Period. This holds true for domestic as well as international flights--even if you are just going from Boise to Ketchum.

I now this is not from the UK to Israel but during the summer I flew from the UK to Amsterdam and also from the UK to Paris. They did not allow you to take any liquids, that includes lipsticks, perfumes, drinks, creams etc.. in your hand luggage you had to put them in your suitcase when you checked in. But once you had gone through secuirty and passport control you could buy these products in Duty Free and then take them on board with you. But any flights to the USA you could not even buy these products and take them on the plane with you. I would check with your airline to see what their policy is.

The restrictions on deoderant, perfume, toothpaste etc. are for flights TO the U.S. Flights to Israel should have the same restrictions as usual.

Why don't u go online to your airline's website. I am sure they have the guidelines clearly outlined.

I flew from the US to Israel 3 weeks ago and could not take any liquid in carry on luggage. It had nothing to do with the airline. The items were removed before we got to the gate.
