im on the SB diet and doing really well bh.
Can anyone share some filling good recipes that they have used while on phase 1?
more lunch and/or supper types.

Well, I didnt last as long as I wanted to, but I used to eat a lot of grilled chicken, and tuna salads.
Also, you can take an eggplant, slice it thin, cook it up in a pan and then add to it tomato sauce and cheese, to make mock grilled cheese. Its pretty good but time consuming. I also ate a lot of salad with cottage cheese too. Its not always the easiest diet to follow, so good luck!

choco, I don't know. don't quote me.. I just heard it.. I didn't look much into it bec. it didn't apply to my case anyways.
