Wondering if anyone knows any recipes for the Dyna-Sea products ie. mock shrimp/lobster/surimi.
I use the mock crab for sushi salad and we all love it! Would love to try something new!

I make a delicious and easy mock crab salad to serve as an appetizer for Shabbos. I just Googled "crab salads" or "mock crab salads" and got around a million hits. I can post the one I use if you want.

I'm too tired to look through my recipes so I will do it from memory:
1/2 pkg mock crab sticks, chunked (you can double the recipe if you want, also you can use the one that comes in pieces instead)
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
8 oz. frozen peas, thawed and rinsed
any kind of creamy salad dressing (I use the Mauzone lite Italian)
Mix together and enjoy!
