Glazed chicken
apricot jelly (I used duck sauce since that's what I had)
grainy mustard
pepper to taste
nuts, toasted if possible
You bake your chicken until almost done, then top with 1/2 cup up jelly & 1 T mustard. Sprinkle with nuts to serve.
