Every time something else, they keep getting reinfected.
Worm care, paraguard, Reese’s & ivermectin all worked (at different times, not together!)

I took him to a urologist and she thought it was behavioral plus she said I can do mirilax. I thought maybe she was right but once he started having dirty accidents I can’t bury my head in the sand anymore. |
I think I might have written this on a different thread but we were dealing with this journey for years. wet accidents are often caused by consipation. we ended up doing daily enemas and then transitioning to daily ex-lax. she also took daily bladder emptiers. We tried craniosacral without luck. we tried pt though a children's hospital that specializes in this with also no luck. then we switched to an ADULT pelvic floor pt who helped my child.
we just did our last x-ray this past week that confirmed that she no longer needs to take ANY medication. she is 10. we've been dealing with this for YEARS. She was doing enemas in pre 1a.
Hodu LaHashem, words can't even express my gratitude to Hashem that we finally aren't dealing with anymore!

I’m dealing with the same thing, constantly wet, but the difference is my dr felt his stomach and said he’s not constipated. Could it be something else?

They can’t always feel it. Get an X-ray to know for sure

1p- constipation puts pressure on the bladder
2- its possible for the kid to go daily and still be backed up, it goes around the blockage
3- a full cleanout is usually a bunch of mirilax mixed with liquid and you drink it in a set amount of time- like colonospocy prep. If that doesn't work- xrays still show constipation then the dr will advise further.
1/2 cap of miralax, exlax, benefiber and enemas are used for maintaince. They won't clean you out totally.

Firstly, this condition has a name. It's called enCopresis.
I dealt with this for many years with one of my sons. Probably until about age 8 or so, from 3. He's now a teenager and it's totally history
We used a gi called Dr Audrey birnbaum I believe. But her protocol wasn't the yeshua
What ended up helping
At some point we were giving him a suppository every early morning in his sleep so he would go when he woke up, and it helped.
We ended up taking him for colonics for a while, maybe weekly. That provider recommended natural calm magnesium powder in increasing doses. The combination of the two helped, and we finally got to the end.
I'm so sorry you're going thru this, it was such a huge challenge in my life, and my son's, I'm do grateful its history now. But definitely once I found a name for it and accepted the diagnosis, I was able to research effectively and realized I'm so not alone, it's actually a pretty common condition.
