When theres a kamatz yud, Litvish always say OY. Not sure why you think not. Just because of these three words?

I always wondered about Pesach, Elimelech.
The word has a segol.
Which meant litvish havara should pronounce it Meh-lech, Peh Sach like leg
And Chassidishe havara should pronounce is Pei-sach, Mai-lach like Pay.
So where does the Pie-such, My-luch come from?

No, I wrote that because the Lakewood girls I spoke to one time were asking about the oy. I don't speak to any Litvishe people on a regular basis and when I do, it would not be able their havara. Someone educated me and now I know.
