At a school event I went over to thank the owner of my DC’s school and his response was, “thank you for paying tuition on time, in full, every month. I want you to know we notice and appreciate it.” I thought it was a strange response at the time, but now I see why he said that. Granted, it’s a school for struggling children and tuition is easily 4x what I pay for my other children. We actually rely on my siblings to help us with this child’s tuition. 🤦♀️
There are definitely families sending there that can’t afford to pay so he was probably happy not to have to run after us for money. 😢
