I don't often do recipes, I just cook good quality meats with basic ingredients like onion, garlic, pepper, red wine etc & then serve with large salad dressed with olive oil, salt & squeezed lemon.

First course is always fish.

Add home made spelt challah with tomato & Eggplant dips & no soda- all around a pretty good meal.

I did. I line the disposable with parchment paper. It comes out delicious.
