Wow this is stunning!!!! Of course you should get it! And use it in good health.
I have a friend that was going around with a black plastic shopping bag holding her babies diapers, wipes, bottles etc. I went ahead and bought her a diaper bag from Doona for over 100$ (I had not yet gotten her a baby gift so was perfect). She still uses it, 2 babies later. I don’t think 100$ is overpriced.

$100 is very reasonable for a good quality beautiful bag. Definitely get it and enjoy!

If it's a bag you will use for a long time it kind of will be your handbag so to stay then yes, buy something you will like.
Upthread someone mentioned a lifetime guarantee which indeed seems attractive.

I found a diaper bag with my first for $99 that matched my stroller absolutely perfectly. It was big, with plenty of pockets, a portable change mat, and was the exact width of my stroller. I debated with myself for a while and gave in in the end. 5.5 years down the line and I'm still using it for my third baby. I'd say it was money well spent. Especially since you need to pack so much stuff with babies, wipes, tissues, diapers, changes of clothing....... I say go for it, unless its literally a choice of that or bread for tomorrow.

Yes! Go for it. I was too cheap for my first few kids and used whatever I found in Marshalls, not specifically diaper bags. For my fifth I splurged and bought a skip hop ($75 at the time.) it was one of my best purchases. So convenient to have a bag with all the right sized pockets! And it felt good to have a classy baby bag.

The bag is gorgeous! I think you should get it and enjoy it
If you don’t mind me asking, is a diaper bag necessary? I just use the doona bag. Is it something I’d need once baby is bigger? I really don’t like to walk around with a lot of things

I was gifted/bought a Petunia Pickle Bottom over 15 years ago for close to $200(then!). I used it for close to ten years and passed it on. It was worth every penny. I had it professionally dry cleaned a couple of times. For those asking why a diaper bag is necessary, it's probably more important for people that walk a lot vs drive...
Where else do you store diapers, wipes, formula, food , a change of clothing etc ..?.(To be honest my current handbag is also overflowing, even though I don't have any babies, and I use large tote bags for that reason. I always say that I need to be able to fit my whole life into my bag..)
$100 is definitely not a lot for a quality diaper bag that will last more than one child....for those that spend $40 on bags that keep breaking and need to be replaced by each child, you're still coming out cheaper with a $100 bag. OP, enjoy your purchase!

Yeah I got a bulky diaper bag backpack for my first and gave it away barely used. It's not my thing. It does depend on your lifestyle--do you have a car you can stow things in, is the baby bottle-fed, is baby with you most days or in daycare, do you take lengthy outings or mostly stay close to home, etc. for my current baby I just keep a spare onesie, diaper, chux pad, and small wipes in my purse for small outings. 100$ isn't crazy to spend on a bag you'll get good use from.

To me it is ridiculous, but as other posters said, we each choose on what to spend.
I sounds like you really want to, so if you can afford it, go ahead.

I spent £100 on a StorkSak changing bag (not sure if they sell them in US) 8 years ago which was a big splurge but I've forgotten about the price and I still love it. I couldn't see anything else I liked. You might as well get something good quality that you're happy to be seen with like any other bag you'd buy.

Assuming here that op does not have or is trying to replace.
