Only realized when I came home that it’s first cut and not second cut. I know it’s a less fatty cut of meat so what would be the best way to make this in the oven? the second cut I usually put it in 325 for 45 minutes a pound I’m assuming something this needs more. Anyone know if it’s best to just bake overnight in 200° oven? Thanks.
