I cut out coffee by chance several months ago and immediately noticed I was much calmer, less nervous/anxious. 2 weeks ago I was exhausted, forgot, and made myself a coffee and 2 hours later started freaking out about a small problem in a way I don't usually. So, yeah, I don't drink coffee any more
Also, my grandmother AH would drink 3 cups a day or more. It killed her kidneys, and eventually her. The doctors warned her but she couldn't stop. When we cleaned up her apt after she was nifter we found 3 more coffee makers.
