My fisher price aquariam swing stopped working, so I called fisher price, told them it broke, read the model number, and they sent a whole new motor.
a sassy company baby phone stopped working soon after I got it, emailed them, sent the phone in, and got a brand new one in the package.
most companies want to make you satisfied with their products and will work with you.

We got a kitchen aid mixer for our wedding. A few months latter it started over heating. I called and they sent me a new mixer and took back the old one.
The best with customer service though, is Bed Bath and Beyond. I've returned many, many things to them and never had a problem. We got a phone off our registry for our wedding and after several months it stopped working. I didn't have the receipt, box, or anything. I took it in and showed them it was on our registry and they gave me a new one!!

a few years ago, my x got a coofee maker for 10 bucks from Gevalia.. the glass was broken, or broke, he called them up and they sent a new one for free, they didn't ask for money or to return that one.. acutally I think the second one was a slightly different model.. it didn't matter, bec. he never used any of the 2. don't ask me why he bought it in first place.

As a kid I always called any company that had a 800 number, I used to get coupons for free stuff. If I have a complaint then I call & complain I did it to luvs diapers & got a free case & I did for preg. tests & they sent me a few new ones. If I had free time I would do it but b''h I'm not bored.

I had a knapsack from LLbean for 12 years - they would repair anything that went wrong with it. I think that I sent it back 3 times.
